We coordinate worldwide freight — air, sea, or courier — with full tracking and documentation. Your shipment is insured and delivered to your door, warehouse, or distribution center on schedule.
Multi-stage inspection for zero-defect manufacturing
Incoming fabric rolls are checked for GSM accuracy, color consistency, weave defects, shrinkage, and pilling before cutting begins.
Cut panels are measured against digital patterns. We verify grain-line alignment, notch placement, and panel count for every size in the order.
Dedicated QC inspectors are stationed on each production line. Every 20th piece is pulled for stitch integrity, seam strength, and print placement review.
100% of finished garments are inspected under controlled lighting. We check stitching, print quality, embroidery finish, measurements, labels, and overall appearance.
Each packed carton is verified against the packing list — correct quantity, size assortment, labeling, and barcoding before sealing and palletizing.
Final documentation review: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and shipping labels verified before cargo is released to forwarder.
Every garment passes through 6 dedicated quality checkpoints before shipping. Our QC team inspects fabric, stitching, printing, embellishments, sizing, and packaging — ensuring your brand receives only 100% approved products.
